It is important to get specific information to determine the style and utilitarian use of the client's project. We proudly offer a free consultation to determine how best to meet these needs, and educate the consumer of our product line, company efforts, and warranty. Within this consultation, measurements and drawings are produced for design options.

Design

helloCLOSETS use a specialized drawing CAD for building the design of the project. With the information collected at consultation, the design specialist will apply the wishes of the client into a design layout. A proposal is submitted with 3-D images, so that the client can fully approve a design with knowledge of how everything will actually appear.

Installation

Upon design approval, the material needed for chosen design will be ordered. An installation schedule will be issued at best viable date. The installation team will arrive timely and professionally, so as to be most concerned with protecting the work area. Upon project completion, all is cleaned and left the way the site was at arrival.

We provide product samples with style, finish, and even drawer pulls – so as to get the perfect quote for exactly what you want. If you've never had a closet concierge, you do now! Just don't get too addicted to our friendly demeanor, we do have to go back home to our families at some point.

Builder Program

helloCLOSETS offers Builders an "Upgrade Option Program" (UOP). As an approved vendor, we can put together design upgrade options in the closets, laundry, mudrooms, and garages for the models that builders offer homeowners other than a standard wire option. The UOP will be built with Option A and Option B upgrades that a homeowner can choose to include in build-out. We work closely with Design Teams/Design Centers to best intricate this process. helloCLOSETS will designate a specific specialist to communicate as much as needed for house plan redlines, construction scheduling, and on-site evaluations.

Designer Facets

The design software is built into our program to ensure the upmost in styling and layout techniques. Your space is drawn into this software, and the design specialist will creatively put together specific and tasteful options discussed in the consultation. You are provided a 3-D version of the layouts and prepared with exactly what material is used (i.e. shoe shelving, hutches, drawers, baskets, etc.). The designer will determine with the space measurements, and what the client would like accentuated.
